Pritchard and Edmunds Family History

Edmunds Family Page

My interest in family history began here.

The Rev.Claud Edmunds, Mike's grandfather, had done a basic family tree concentrating on the direct Edmunds line in the 1930's. My husband had various papers, letters and family photographs in his possession and there was even a book written about one family member, Henry Edmunds.

However, as my interest grew and I found out more about the extended family I needed to collate the information and include the background and social history.

I have included a number of articles I have written on specific branches of the family tree and intend to add to them as the site develops

Chapter One: Banbury Edmunds; mayors, Methodists and brewers.

Chapter Two: The Edmunds Family in Halifax.

Chapter Three: Henry Edmunds 1853-1927, motoring pioneer
